Transitional Functions are training exercises which are tasked at developing the transitional element of the game. These sessions may focus on the attacking transition or the defensive transition (the moment the ball is either won or lost), however, based on the nature of the session, transitional exercises are likely to contain some form of both attacking & defensive transition.
